General Information

​

• Check-in:   2:00 p.m. Day of arrival

• Check out: 10:00 a.m. Day of departure

• Docking is available at Hammond, NY with parking for a car & Trailer.     A dock for your boat on the main land  is included with the cottage rental.

• Pets of any kind are not allowed. Bringing a pet onto the property will result in the loss of the security deposit.

• Security Deposit of $300 is required  to hold the reservation, deposit will be held until departure  and/or any damages are resolved. 

• Cancellation: Security Deposit  will be fully refundable if cancellation is made 60 days prior to the check in date.  Security Deposit will not be refunded if a cancellation is made after 60 days prior to check in date. If the cottage can be rented, a refund will be made.

• Standard Occupancy is 8 people (additional charge of $75per night for each over 8)

• Smoking is prohibited inside the Cottage.  Smoking outside is permitted but cigarette butts must be disposed of properly-Do Not Throw Butts into the water or on the ground. Pine needles are highly FLAMMABLE

• Children must be supervised at all times. Use life jackets when on the water
